We are looking for an engaged and passionate Client Experience Intern to join our Client Experience team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

MAIN ACTIVITIES: Work within the Client Experience team to evolve the Client Journey in our global stores.

Manage Client centricity projects and track performance at a global and regional level.

Work with Moncler regional teams (APAC, Japan, Korea, EMEA, US) to collect feedback on projects and facilitate the rollout of such initiatives.

Align with departments internally at the HQ in Milan.

Organization of decks, reports, files, and planning documents.

REQUIREMENTS: Great organization skills, with the ability to manage projects and deadlines across multiple teams.

Bachelor's degree or local country equivalent.

High proficiency in PPT & Excel.

Interest in Retail Luxury Fashion is a plus.

Fluent in English, written and spoken.

International experience is a plus.
