Client Experience Specialist**:

At Diesel Headquarter located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a Client Experience Specialist, who will be placed within the Client Development Department and will support the path to the consumer of any brand project.

With direct impact on the brand image, custumer loyalty and strategic business plans, he/she will support, in partnership with the relevant departments to define the best omnichannel client experience across all touch points and directly lead consumer projects.

He/She will also play a key role in enabling a client centric approach across the organization.

**The role's main responsibilities are**:

- Consolidate, challenge and formalize business requirements of key consumer related projects

- Be link within Business and IT assuring that business requirements are translated into technical features

- Manage roadmaps & milestone, plan and monitor projects costs on different stages of the projects

- Actively partner with different business functions at all stage of execution of a project

- Coordinate actors and tasks to deliver new projects

- Builds the culture, processes, and tools to drive a remarkable customer experience

- Organize training, in partnership with the training team, for any project lead and assure seeing for adoption along the way

- Acts as the link within training and client facing team (stores or client service) to assure that the client prospective and client needs are always considered

- Actively capitalize on the Voice Of Customer (VOC) program in order to monitor the perception of launched projects and identify opportunities for enhancing the consumer experience

- Assure that any consumer related project always starts as the response to a client needs or to increase client satisfaction

- Influence different business functions (retail, e-commerce, CRM, shopping experience, merchandising) to assure that the client experience is central in any project execution

- Coordinate the communication with internal teams regarding new program features or go live activities

- Create and monitors KPIs that reflect successful execution of the program

- Master connoisseur of all insights collected from clients

- Organize periodical review with different internal department to deep dive on specific insights collected around the project supported

**What requirements you need to have**:

- 1+ years of experience in the same field

- Strong client mindset developed in a Retail Omnichannel environment, combined with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

- In-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of premium / luxury fashion clients across multichannel environment

- Ability to organize and influence cross-functional teams as an informal leader within Diesel to meet business objectives

- Strong influencing skills

- Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment

- Creative, enthusiastic with a drive to succeed

- Start-up mindset

- Pro-active and able to show initiative and deliver innovative ideas which constantly improve the global customer experience

- Strong analytical skills

- Fluent in English
