Alter Domus is currently seeking a new Client Implementation Manager to join our Data and Analytics team at our London or remotely.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Lead large, complex client implementation projects with a supporting team delivering a data management platform for fund investors

- Act as the primary business contact for the client, including running business requirement workshops and presenting project deliverables

- Work closely with the client to understand operational challenges and business requirements including needs for portfolio management, risk management and business reporting

- Support ongoing product development of a scalable but flexible data and analytics platform

- Develop a deep understanding of the customer to translate the client needs and business practices into clear and tangible user stories

- Prioritize development across workstreams, balancing client business needs and internal timelines and requirements

- Write, prioritize and support stories for a global development team

- Break down new features into stories and work with the development team to get estimates following agile product management principles

- Work across internal functions, including with technical and services teams to design and deliver a fit-for-purpose solution with involvement from all relevant stakeholders

- Educate fellow team members on the client business use cases and relevance of the product and features

- Execute on strategy and objectives with global vendor partners

- Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships across teams, departments, divisions, and vendors

- Design and execute on a user acceptance testing program based on client requirement workshops

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Proven stakeholder management skills and experience working with multi-location large financial institution

- Experience in large-scale client implementations, consulting and/or agile product management in the alternatives industry

- Collaborative and team-oriented leader with management experience

- Capable of managing competing priorities effectively and working across multiple teams and internal groups

- Comfortable communicating and escalating project risks as needed

- Experienced in presentations and leading stakeholder workshops, detail-oriented and quality focused, while also keeping an eye on the broad vision and strategy

- Comfortable with resolving complex challenges

- Proven leadership skills being able to adapt to team and user needs whilst continuing to meet project goals, objectives and deliverables

- Communicates clearly and succinctly across departments and to senior management on status, trade-offs, and key recommendations

- Consistently deliver on commitments, taking ownership and overcoming obstacles

- Able to understand technical concepts, big data concepts and product operations
