Client Management Internship

American Express, global leader in payment services, is looking for an university or master graduate in Economics, Marketing or in related field of study, for an internship in our Client Management team within the Global Merchant Services organization, the Amex business unit dedicated to develop merchants business.

What you will need to succeed:

- Master's degree in Economics/Marketing or related field

- Fluent in English, both written and oral; Basic in Italian

- Good knowledge of Office tools (in particular Excel and PPT);

- Passionate in Project Management

- Curiosity and time management

- Good communication and relational skills

- Interpersonal skills and team work attitude

**They will be involved in the following activities**:

- e-commerce analysis on main trends and upcoming tendencies

- analysis of inbound and culture trends at local and international level (alignment and verification of market data on luxury, tourist flows and museums' traffic)

- support the management of American Express partnerships on Culture space (supplier coordination, verification and management of communication materials, redemption analysis).
