You will be part of a "global" Sales Team, global approach with a local touch, to drive in the Italian market our Managed Services portfolio as well as leveraging our System Integration capabilities and Support Services.
You will work in one of our local sales team and you will be the Sales expert of the Manufacturing industry.
You will have a manufacturing customers base to develop and create new opportunities in the same market approaching the main identified enterprise prospects.
You can act a valuable role in order to increase NTT market share unlocking all our skills and capabilities and a strong customer centric approach.
**Working at NTT
**Your main responsibilities will be**:
- Take **ownership **of a range of manufacturing larger and more strategic clients passionately advocating the client requirement, whilst keeping sight of the need to **increase revenue and improve margins**;
- Approach the management of your account in a systematic way by **identifying the strategy** they will use to develop and grow the account profitably;
- Generate demand by assisting client to identify current needs and then effectively articulate how NTT can add value through our services and solutions.
- Take the ownership for the commercial agreement for each client to drive **client satisfaction**;
- Influence and work in synergy with vendors to achieve required results;
- Drive to achieve revenue and margin targets and exploit opportunities, whilst displaying notable client **service orientation**;
- Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to **additional services;
- Use NTT **sales tools and methodology** to effectively manage territory, accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecast;
- Direct financial governance and compliance to effectively manage financial costs;
- Align governance and compliance policies in own practice area to identify and manage risk exposure liability.
**What will make you a good fit for the role?
- Relevant Degree or Advanced Diploma;
- Ability to sell **ICT solutions** and **Managed Services** (networking, security, collaboration, hybrid cloud);
- Work experience in manufacturing industry;
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation experience with clients and venrdors;
- Passionate, strong initiative, self-driven with commitment to succeed;
- Able to **identify and advance opportunities** at assigned prospects;
- Proven sales and client engagement experience coupled with a good understanding of business, sourcing and technology market;
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment;
- Attitude in **coordinating internal and external resources** in order to close sales opportunities;
- Fluent in English.
