**KEY CHALLENGES**:
- Demonstrate a passion for brands, a willingness to learn and a desire and hunger to improve your skills
- Work through various client projects from Design through to Delivery, with varying degrees of contribution and ownership (from taking the brief to client presentations) as part of the Client Management team
- Ensure the smooth running of research projects until high quality and impactful delivery
- Lead a project from a financial standpoint, and be responsible for the fiscal management of the project
- Communicate to a high standard consistently and build effective relationships internally, and with clients, to ensure the smooth running, quality, and timely delivery of work
- Contribute to our collaborative culture, with a can-do attitude and a positive approach to your work
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Experience and interest in brand, in platforms and new technologies applied to research
- Ideally 8-12 years' experience in market research, consultancy, marketing, or similar area
- Data confidence and fluency to ensure insights are evidenced by high quality data
- Focus on continuous/semi-continuous research studies
- Keen on timely, accurate and quality deliverables
- Proficiency (written and spoken) in English and Italian
- Confirmed public speaking & client communication skills
- Strong project management skills, problem solving and pragmatic attitude
- Ability to lead and motivate people, promoting team spirit and involvement
- Positive and flexible attitude, open to create, explore new topics and approaches
- Ability to manage different clients / projects simultaneously
