Responsible for understanding client products and requirements to ensure constant client satisfaction

- Coordination with internal and external parties (custodian banks, legal advisers, AIFM, investment manager, auditors, distribution partners etc. )

in order to deliver quality service on time as per client's expectations

- Active participation in the new client onboarding process and client change requests

- Assistance and taking ownership in internal projects representing the interest of clients

- Participation in the organization of Board and shareholder meetings

International asset management company|Previous experience in fund management services

- University Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the funds industry and Client Relationship Services

- Good knowledge of Financial Market and investment products

- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication); any other language is considered a plus

- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, any knowledge of PE systems would be an advantage
