The global product line Client Risk Management & Treasury is the competence center for all markets products organized in specific trading and distribution units to cover and serve relevant institutional and corporate clients. This product line encompasses the full range of financial and investment products and services for CS, Commercial Banking, as well as third-party retail clients. It also includes an in-house Structuring group that offers tailored solutions and products for clients across all asset classes and Group Treasury that guarantees liquidity stability within the Liquidity Reference Banks (LRB) of Italy, Germany, and Austria, as well as ensuring operational efficiency and maximizing the economic results from managing market risks, including the bank's liquidity portfolio.
What you'll be doing Sales, advice, and execution of OTC products for outstanding and potential UniCredit clients
Identification and management of the main financial risk needs for Italian Corporates
Support Relationship Manager for Mifid regulatory needs, documentation, pre-settlement line calculation, and all related post-sales activities
Providing pricing, verifying documentation adequacy, and executing deals
Active promotion of risk management culture among clients in close collaboration with other product lines (e. g. , T&P, F&A)
Contributing to the development of new business opportunities
What you'll need to succeed Up to 2 years from graduation or graduating in Economics, Business Management, Quantitative Finance, or Mathematics
Outstanding academic track record with knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, and structured products
Passionate about markets and macroeconomics
Self-starter with strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Italian and English
Problem-solving attitude
Digital orientation
Some programming knowledge (e. g. , PowerPoint, Excel, VBA) would be a plus
Relevant international experience
Confidence to take on early responsibility
