Trust and Agency Services in Italy provides Trustee and Agency services to Corporate and Financial Institution issuers for short and long-term debt issuances and financings, with a focus on structured finance, conventional debt, project finance and specialized services such as business escrows.

- Managing a diverse portfolio of existing ABS/Bond/Escrow transactions, acting as Relationship Manager for the respective clients

- Managing the implementation process of new deals, including internal/external set up and documentation review, in conjunction with internal Teams and various external counterparties involved (Monte Titoli, Bank of Italy, Law Firms and Rating Agencies)

- New business development support

- Dealing with external and internal stakeholders to efficiently and effectively serve TAS clients

- Overseeing the completion of client onboarding/KYC packs procedures for both new clients and existing clients, in case of KYC reviews

- Execution of cash and securities instructions to be actioned by Operations in relation to existing transactions

- Depending on the roles performed by TAS, preparation and distribution of Investor Reports to clients within the timeframe stated in the transaction documents

- Monitoring compliance tests and trigger events, within the timeframe set out in transactions documents

- Fee Billing activity monitoring

- Timely escalation of clients queries

- Any other duties or projects as required

Skills and experience:

- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering

- Consistent professional experience

- Able to join and onboard quickly and establish positive relationships with the team and the clients.

Able to drive the deal as a process, facing all intrinsic technical and relationship complexities.

- Resilient to fast paced environment, able to work well under pressure

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in English is a must.
