You will play a pivotal role in scaling business operations, expanding market reach, and optimizing growth strategies.
The role will lead all growth-related functions, including marketing, sales, and partnerships, ensuring the company meets its ambitious targets. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement growth strategies to scale Samy Alliance's business in Italy, aligning with the company's global vision and goals. Sales Revenue Growth: Drive new business opportunities, expanding into new markets, and scaling existing operations to meet and exceed revenue targets. Digital Marketing Leadership: Lead the marketing team to create and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns, ensuring Samy Alliance remains a market leader in social media, influencer marketing, and content creation. Account Client Management: Oversee client relationships to ensure satisfaction, drive account expansion, and explore new business opportunities. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business verticals and partnerships, leveraging data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing, operations, sales, and finance to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth and market expansion. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics and market intelligence to inform growth strategies, optimize marketing performance, and improve decision-making processes. Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing team across marketing, sales, and partnerships, fostering a results-oriented culture. Innovation Industry Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing, social media, and emerging technologies, positioning Samy Alliance as a thought leader in the space. RequirementsProven Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior growth, marketing, or business development role, preferably in the marketing, digital, or creative industries. Influencer Marketing expertiseLeadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and inspire a culture of performance and innovation. Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, influencer marketing, social media campaigns, and data-driven marketing approaches. Sales Acumen: Strong sales and business development background, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion. Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and lead cross-functional teams toward achieving aggressive growth targets. Languages: English full working professional proficiency, Italian Advanced.
