Responsibilities SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS , one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance.

Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS ensures daily support to over 300 clients.

Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).

Mission: This is a full-time internship lasting 6 months.

Tasks and responsibilities: Mapping and coordination of commercial and regulatory campaigns.

Maintenance of standards kit campaign (contract, brochure).

Support for statistics, analysis and mapping, useful in managing commercial and regulatory projects/campaigns.

Support to Client service manager for service review/due diligence preparation.

Dashboard production.

Monitoring and Reporting (service review planning and customer satisfaction questionnaires).

Support to produce newsletters.

Support in carrying out training/alignment activities and commercial meetings.

Profile required Studies & experience: Bachelor's degree in economics.

Language skills: Italian: C2 - Fluent.

English: C1 - Advanced.

Technical, operational & Soft skills: IT basic skills: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge.

Digital collaborative skills: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneDrive.
