Valentino S. p. A. is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Client Experience Department and will support the team in the following activities:

Handle day-to-day operational customer care activities and the assigned tasks in a timely and accurate way.

Manage the escalation process of prioritizing customer issues within the HQ Customer Care team.

Support and follow-up the HQ Customer Care team in preparing operational reports and service documents.

Identifiy relevant topics by screening clients' feedback liaising with relevant departments within the organization to provide solutions.

**Requirements**:

Fluent in English, mastery of another language would be a plus

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with the fashion industry

Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
