We are hiring our next SERVICE MANAGER in Milan!

You will be joining a passionate and steadily growing team committed to insuring quality in customer services and profitability for the company.

You will be responsible for customer relation regarding operational processes and for communication, planning and control within the Operations team to ensure the correct progress of activities in compliance with commercial agreements.

**Duties & responsibilities

- Plan and design the resources and tasks necessary to ensure the Service contracted within the parameters of the profitability

- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the clients KPIs

- Carry out economic control through measurements, reports and forms that ensure such monitoring

- Provide forecast and monthly statistics on services progress

- Coordinate the launch of new services (or modification of current services) in collaboration with the Delivery area

- Analyze areas of efficiency on existing processes (continuous improvement)

**Required Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience required (2 years)

- Excellent negotiating skills

- Strong skills in data analysis, in particular to economic indicators (costs, billing, margins, profitability, etc.

)

- Skills oriented to results (decision-making, assuming responsibility, tolerance to pressure).

- Very good PC skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications, on

- line tools;

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
