The successful hire will have a high level of Client Services Executive will take responsibility for the following duties:

Deputy to the Head of Client Services will act as a primary point of contact for clients.

Strive to understand the client's business and operating models and develop strategies to enable a more effective interaction.

Coordinate and manage the client onboarding for segregated account capabilities.

Engage in proposals to develop the services and solutions in place for our clients.

Develop and maintain client relationships on aspects of managing and administering their investment.

The Client Services Executive will meet the following criteria:

Investment Management Certificate.

Entrepreneurial flair.

Works well under pressure and deadlines.

Have an understanding and interest in capital markets and investment products.

Excellent Salesforce skills - good knowledge of the CRM process.
