- Support the collaboration with Relationship Managers/Senior Bankers and Commercial Banking Italy, during the pitch phase and execution of Capital Markets (CM) mandates
- Monitor targets for CM products and help in originating new ideas for CM transactions
- Assist the preparation of CM transactions in cooperation with other functions or departments (e. g. , syndicate, legal & documentation, corporate finance)
- Support the preparation of marketing documents for clients in accordance to guidelines provided by CM team head and relationship managers/senior bankers
- Collaborate to the preparation of any other activity propaedeutic for executing / pitching CM mandates
- Develop strong internal relationship to colleagues within the own team as well as with other teams
Requisiti
- What we expect from you:
- University degree (e. g. , economics/finance)
- Some know-how of the capital market in general as well as ability to react quickly on market developments to identify windows of opportunities
- Communication skills; ability to express convincingly ideas and explain product specific features
- Team working
- Applies knowledge/skills through handling complex problems and/or collaborating effectively in tasks which may extend beyond own product area of expertise; shares expertise with colleagues and other departments
