**Junior Process & Product Manager

**Lending, Advisory and Cross Products Process Excellence is a global line with the following scope**:

- managing globally the ICT and NHR demand process the whole Client Solutions division

- managing globally the processes related to the Specialized Lending and Advisory and Capital Markets business, supporting the digitalisation of the processew, the product development, the set-up of the processes on a global level and and the implementation of the regulatory and IT requirements for these business areas.

Requisiti

- What do we expect from you?

- Relevant internship experience

- Excellent university degree and solid academic records

- Relevant international experience

- Very good communication skills

- Ability to think outside the box

- Desire to learn new things

- Attitude of inquisitiveness and enthusiasm

- Very good English is a prerequisite.

Knowledge of Italian or German is a plus.

- Confidence to take on early responsibility

- Full time availability from May 2021 onwards

- Availability for international mobility
