Client Solutions Manager, Fashion And Luxury - Italy
Responsibilities: Build and progressively grow client portfolio by securing win-win business opportunities throughout the different sales cycles (acquisition, retention, and upsell). Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals, and/or strategic objectives) set by the management team. Drive education on product, company updates, and share company best practices relevant to client or agencies' business. Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams, supporting the team to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for client partners. Aid the team in educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, ultimately helping to grow existing business and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners). Plan media activation and keep accurate records of all pending and active campaign plans, assisting in maintaining campaign schedules and availability of ad placements. Work with the product and campaign execution team to ensure ad specifications and rates are accurate, and be responsible for the reporting and optimization of campaigns. Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: Performance experience is a must-have. Previous experiences within sales roles and within the Beauty industry (preferred). Knowledge and proven expertise in the strategic planning and sales approach. Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit. Experience in managing campaigns across multiple ad solutions and placements. Preferred qualifications: Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills. Able to coordinate different stakeholders' interests and requests simultaneously. Experience in client-facing roles and ability to speak to C-Level stakeholders. Experience in managing highly structured business. Deep understanding of the measurement solutions and how to leverage those to prove TikTok value to clients. Excellent verbal and written Greek and English communication skills, due to working with vendors/external stakeholders in the Greek market.
