This is an outstanding opportunity to be at the center of some of Meta's most important business relationships in the Global Fashion Commerce industry.
The Client Solutions Manager is an analytical solution-driver who puts our partners at the core of everything they do.
This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, creating scaled ROI-positive marketing strategies, and driving satisfaction in innovative ways.
This is done through the combination of strong marketing and media understanding and leveraging data-driven insights for our customers.
You should have a deep passion for Commerce, Fashion, marketing, data & Tech Integration.
Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, being comfortable working with large data sets to identify performance patterns and translate into solutions.
Additionally required is working with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines and targets.
The position also entails the ability to create strong partnerships through nurturing relationships and becoming the sought out expert for all things marketing, and by that becoming a strong influence power with our partners.
This role will be located in our Milan office.
**Client Solutions Manager, Fashion Commerce Responsibilities**:
- Act as a Marketing Solutions Expert for international and global partners
- identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
- In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
- Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership
- Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta Platform solutions
- Build and manage relationships with both C-Suite and specialist stakeholders in clients and agencies (media, creative, FMP, etc.
)
- Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams
- Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators
- Drives product innovation based upon market trend and emerging needs of key partners
- Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
- Project Management and oversee internal Operations
- Ability to travel as needed.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 6 years minimum experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting firms and demonstrated leadership skills required
- Ability to act as a consultant for international and global partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving partners to action
- Effective and creative problem solving and decision-making skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams with experience influencing c-level executives
- Experience in managing complex projects and workstreams with mínimal direction with a high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team
- Ability to confidently present ideas to build ongoing relationships with external clients
- Experience with Excel, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering insights
- Consistently demonstrate a high level of integrity and ownership
- Fluency in Italian and English
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- BA/BS degree - would be an advantage but not mandatory
- Demonstrated knowledge of data and technology solutions, ad-tech, product partnerships
