The Client Solutions Manager is a critical role in delivering best-in-class service for advertising clients.
In partnership with the Client Partner and in collaboration with the Brand Strategist, the CSM is responsible for ensuring successful design and delivery of all assigned campaigns strategy, including original content, custom-built, high-impact and targeted media.
**Main Responsabilities**:
- Ensure the successful delivery of the campaign, reaching the clients´ KPI and goals.
- Provide excellent client service in each stage of the sales process: pre-sales, campaign set up optimization, analysis and post buy.
- Set up and optimize performance and branding campaigns in Ads Manager platform.
- Create QBRs and reports to clients, with a strong analysis and insights.
- Work on the upselling.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
**Skills and experience required**:
- Proven experience as key account manager both for branding focused and performance clients in social media environments.
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing (conversions campaigns, pixel attribution, third party tracking, MMPs, etc)
- Languages: Italian, English, (Spanish is a plus)
- Advanced analytical skills and tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Ads Platforms)
- Ability to deep-dive into client's KPIs and business model
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
