Client Success Manager
Job brief
We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our Client Success team.
The Client Success Manager's role is to manage a portfolio of clients, mostly shopping centers, and to develop new business from existing clients.
This role also entails troubleshooting and problem-solving.
**Responsibilities**:
Client Success Manager responsibilities are:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for accounts management topics
- Building a long-term and strategic rapport with clients
- Resolving client-related issues through internal troubleshooting
- Problem-solving on a per request basis
- Being reachable and responsive to client inquiries
- Being able to negotiate contracts effectively and enforce agreements when applicable
- Providing regular performance reports and conducting regular meetings with clients
- Finding opportunities to assist with the growth of the company
- Developing ideas/strategies to help build a good relationship with clients
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3 years' experience as an Account Supervisor or Manager or similar position
- Direct customer service and/or call center experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with CRM software and MS Office
- Knowledgeable about delivering solutions based on customer needs
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing client expectations
- Able to handle deadlines and pressure
- Capable of finding solutions quickly and effectively
- BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business or related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent command of Italian and English is required; any additional European languages are a plus
