Nielsen Media is seeking a dynamic Italian Speaking individual to provide exceptional post-sales service to our international clients, focusing on servicing a portfolio of accounts across Italy & the EMEA region. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with local market commercial leads, Account Managers and stakeholders to identify and capitalise on business opportunities, driving growth through superior service delivery. This is a key position for those passionate about media and client relationship management in a global environment.
Aim of the positionFirst point of contact for the clientDealing with client queries, running regular client reports, training clients on the relevant Nielsen Ad Intel services and supporting the team to deliver excellent client satisfactionSupporting and assisting in the management of client accounts, and continuing the high levels of service set out by the Ad Intel Client Service and Delivery team. ResponsibilitiesSupport the servicing of a market or group of clients by providing excellent day-to-day client support, set up and training, whilst building strong and value-added relationshipsManage daily incoming client calls/emailsProvide training and support to maintain client knowledge of the delivery platforms and data. Preparation of presentation material in order to drive client engagement, added value and repeat businessGeneration of client data reportsAssist delivery team in preparation of data files (broadcaster rate cards, packages, etc)SkillsFluent Italian speaking abilitiesClient-centric mindsetAble to communicate in a simple and effective way (e. g. explain something "technical" to an external or internal stakeholder in an easily understood way)Problem-solving & Analytical thinkingStrong attention to detail, organized and able to prioritize workload. Ability to interpret data or experience in running reports/using data-based applicationsCompetency on MS office/ Google products (Word, Excel, PPT, Doc, Sheet, Slides)An enthusiastic team player, highly motivated and capable of working proactivelyResults-oriented and able to work to tight deadlinesAbility to learn quickly and succeed in a fast-paced environmentAbility to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and work well with a diverse customer base and various internal teamsStrong Interpersonal skills, highly motivated, strong orientation toward client relationships
