**Your Role and Responsibilities

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Strong client facing skills; consultative selling and solutioning skills, Relationship management.

Experienced in Solution with Delivery & Client.

Design, planning and costing capabilities as solution manager.

Capacity planning and performance evaluation.

Sales support, POC, verbal and written communication skills

Expertise with z/OS z/VM z/VSE operating system environments.

Expertise with IBM and ISV storage and system management software products.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Strong Architectural Design background and experience.

Experience in customer facing interaction with architecture and technical teams.

Knowledgeable in the Solution Design Method.

Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

Architectural Thinking.

Documentation skills.

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Deadline and detail-oriented.

Enterprise project delivery within a global team.
