**Your Role and Responsibilities

The Client Technical Solutioner - Cloud is responsible for creating market leading hybrid cloud solutions for Kyndryl's clients.

He/she recommends to client and IT management appropriate technological alternatives and evaluates new technological developments and evolving business requirements.

Provides high-level specialized technical direction and consulting to client business and IT management within client organizations.

He/she has technical knowledge across a wide range of cloud technologies and a deep understanding of workload/technology and eco-system with technical proficiency in cloud architecture and deployment practices.

He/she owns the end to end Cloud solution and validates it against the customer requirements.

Cloud Services and Solutioning Role drives the development of the cloud technical solution, in translating the business needs into technical requirements.

Identifies gaps, strategic impacts, financial impacts and the risk profile in the cloud technical solution.

He/she provides the appropriate guidance to mitigate the identified risks and ensures the designed Solution will support the Contracted Service Level Commitments for the individual Client.

He/she works in partnership with Engagement Leaders, Sales Team and Peers in other Solution Area for large and complex Engagements to build a broader set of services to meet Client Needs.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Strong client facing skills, consultative selling and solutioning skills, Relationship management.

Broad technical understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google, IBM Cloud).

Strong knowledge and experience of solutioning or related process.

Deep Solution Experience in creating Hybrid Cloud solutions involving one or more of the Cloud and platform providers : AWS, Azure, Google, IBM Cloud, Red Hat OpenShift, VMWare.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Certified Solution Architect in one or more of these Cloud providers.

Strong Architectural Design background and experience.

Hands-on experience in some of the following areas - Containers/Kubernetes, Openshift, Cloud Foundry, DevOps/Tooling & CI/CD, Vmware, Infrastructure as a Service.

Experience in customer facing interaction with architecture and technical teams.

Demonstrated experience of Agile, DevOps, moving to Cloud Native etc.

Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud Architectures.

Architectural Thinking, Documentation skills, Knowledge in the Solution Design Method will be positively evaluated.
