As a Client Trainer you will act as a training content developer, instructional designer and training delivery specialist.

Functional aspects of the role will result in the improvements of delivery services to train internal, partner, and client resources on planned and released software products.

This includes the full scope of developing and maintaining courseware and eLearning instruction.

You will:

- Maintain courseware and instruction ensuring it represents the current released product- Deliver training and certification efforts for internal, Partners and Clients resources, in Italian and English- Ensure proper tracking of training attendance and evaluation results per session- Maintain training learning management infrastructure, training scheduling, coordination, logistics, billing, and planning. - Build and maintain eLearning versions of all assigned courses- Work towards the development of the business, suggesting additional training to existing customers or creating business opportunities- Assist the Sales team in including training in the offers to Partners and Clients- Communicate the impacts and updates required to the program to relevant audiences. - Help with the design and development of training documentation and content for customized solutions for clients- Collaborate with Consultants, Managers, Developers and Customers to understand the effectiveness of the technical report training program.

You have:

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and training- At least 3 years' experience delivering training to varied audiences, preferably within a software company- Experience with creating training materials and documentation- Knowledge of change management concepts: capacity to understand and adjust to various audiences- Experience using web conferencing tools to deliver engaging training- Commercial orientation, proposing additional training to customers and creating new business opportunities- Experience with CCH Tagetik or other CPM/EPM software is a plus- Fluency in Italian and English
