Clients & Markets Assistant - Maternity Leave
For our office based in Milan, we are looking for a Clients & Markets Assistant who will provide support to our Clients & Markets Department during a maternity leave replacement period.
**Responsibilities
- Drafting and delivering domestic and international pitches/proposals, credentials, capabilities, CVs and presentations. Working on brochures and any other kind of marketing material, also together with the European digital and creative teams to implement the relevant branded collaterals.
- Drafting submissions for Italian and international directories and awards.
- Updating and implementing marketing databases managed locally or by Dentons' network.
- Providing general support to marketing and communication initiatives and projects, both domestic and international.
- Supporting the implementation and updating of the firm's CRM tools.
**Requirements**:
- At least one year of experience in a Marketing and Business Development Team in the field of professional services, preferably in an international law firm.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Flexible, proactive and with a problem-solving approach.
- Team player.
- Ability to work within short deadlines and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) on Windows platform.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
