This role offers a unique combination of case management, client engagement, and promotional activities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and international environment.

We are looking for a candidate willing to start collaborating with us immediately and who is already in Florence. Role Description The primary focus of this position will be to assist with responding to initial client inquiries and supporting the firm's work across our main practice areas: Italian citizenship, immigration law, family law, and real estate transactions.

Additionally, the role may involve contributing to the firm's marketing efforts and enhancing our online presence.

What You'll Do: Respond to initial possible new client inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing guidance to already acquired clients in our core areas of expertise (citizenship, immigration, family law, and real estate). Assist with the preparation, organization, and management of documents for ongoing cases. Support the firm's promotional activities, including managing social media channels and enhancing online visibility. Who You Are: Fluent in English and Italian (our work environment is primarily English-speaking, as we conduct nearly all our activities in English). Highly organized, with a strong sense of proactivity to find immediate solutions to the requests of the clients, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach. Adaptable, and capable of managing diverse responsibilities, from legal support to client engagement and marketing.
