Driving professional recommendation of the Sleep & Respiratory Care business, contributing in developing and executing the clinical & professional marketing plans, in alignment with Clinical & Professional Marketing EU team, and local Commercial Leader together with the Business Marketing ManagerEU/Head of Marketing, leading and enabling local Clinical & Professional Marketing Managers and Clinical & Professional Marketing Specialists dedicated.
**You are responsible for
- Increasing brand preference and customer loyalty with professional stakeholders (indirect channel partners, DME's, homecare providers, )
- Contributing to profitable growth by driving prescriptions from clinical societies (medical community: physicians, nurses, technicians, . . . )
- Engage & educate professional & clinical societies, customers, and organizations representing patients
- Providing consultation and technical advice
- Product demos for clinical audiences (prescribers, organizations representing patients, local HCP)
- Participating in local events, congresses, etc.
- Understand local Marketing needs (congresses, studies, etc.
)
- Providing toolkit requirements to Business and localize toolkits, enabling lobbying, KOL engagement and connected solutions
- Leading S&RC Clinical & Professional Marketing Specialist team, distributed on the Italian national territory
- Leading Clinical & Professional marketing Manager for the different categories of the business (Sleep, Respiratory Care, Connected Solutions).
- Collaborate in Managing S&RC Marketing budget
**Main KPIs**: brand strength, MOR, market share, KOL/prescriber NPS, sales growth, IGM
**Engage KOL's
- Manage local networks for insights into clinical needs, trends opportunities for innovation
- Owns & prioritizes KOL/clinical relationship and drives KOL/clinical engagement
**Inform clinical strategy & provide insight
- Supports BMM (portfolio management) by driving insights to better understand segmentation & key requirement of value space from clinical perspective through engagement with key Markets, KOLs and patient associations
**Plan Clinical Roadmaps
- Manages clinical insights & claims roadmap to support prioritization in development, marketing & sales support activities
- Collect and coordinate all the clinical requests for studies from region to align the clinical EU team
**Education management
- Set up education program for internal and external stakeholders
- Drives professional recommendation of the brand (MOR) by executing marketing strategies
- Consulted in the selection and organization of participation in events to engage with the professional target audience
- Contribute to localization and publication in relevant media of clinical evidence as developed by Business; provides input into Business clinical roadmap to guarantee local relevance
- Collaborates with BMM's to ensure professional marketing communication as needed is in place, support execution of local marketing activation towards professionals together with local Clinical & Professional Marketing Manager for Categories and C&PM Specialist.
- Works with key account managers to drive top
- and bottom line and market share delivery as per plan
- Takes lead in training local teams (clinical & professional marketers, key account managers, ) and ensuring sales force effectiveness and equipment with latest clinical evidence
- Collaborates with BMM's to deploy locally relevant professional marketing deliverables, product portfolio, and business models
- Contributes to Business innovation & New Business Development projects ensuring local market portfolio/innovation and business model needs are met

- Clinical knowledge of Clinical and financial domain at the department level (Pulmonology, Neurology, ENT and Sleep or Cardio Clinicians) to understand impact
