JOB DESCRIPTION Job TitleClinical Application Specialist - Hospital Patient MonitoringJob DescriptionAs a Clinical Application Specialist in Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM), you will act as the clinical expert for IIG (Italy, Israel, and Greece), engaging with healthcare professionals to understand their needs, optimize their workflows, support sales, train users, and provide valuable market insights to enhance Philips' innovative monitoring solutions and maximize customer satisfaction. Your role:Being the clinical referent for HPM within the territory of competence (IIG: Italy, Israel and Greece)Understand customer needs and be able to analyze and improve workflowsResponsible to support the sales process for both direct and indirect channel by highlighting the clinical advantages of our technology, proactively supporting sales for upgrades and new features for installed base, supporting and advising marketing force during tenders and system promotionsEducates sales team on emerging clinical issues and positioning solutions to address these market changes.
Keeps up to date with new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant equipmentTraining customers (post-sales) in order to achieve optimal usage of our solutions, improving their workflows with our solutions. Providing feedback from the customer/markets on our solution back to the Business Innovation UnitSupporting new products launches and providing required applications report on completion of all application visits. You're the right fit if you have:Master Degree level education or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or equivalent in medical disciplineAlmost 2/3 years of experience in clinical environment preferably in Acute Care or Emergency DepartmentKnowledge of clinical workflow within the domainExposure or experience in delivering clinical trainingAbility to complete tasks independently with minimal guidanceWillingness to travel around IIG zone is requiredAdvanced English, verbal and written in addition to Italian as local languageStrong collaboration attitude in networked working environmentHow we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
