The Impact You'll Make in this Role: As a Clinical Content Developer (f / m / x), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by: Localizing US Coding and Reimbursement System (DRG Finder) for Italy.
Developing local validation rules and supporting the development of computer-assisted coding solutions for Italy.
Working with software engineers, clinical analysts, quality engineers, and other team members to design and build required systems in international teams.
Interacting with customers to identify operational issues and determine customer requirements.
Your Skills and Expertise: To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Knowledge of Medical Terminology and several years of hospital INPATIENT coding or equivalent experience.
Ability to use coding knowledge and clinical knowledge (disease processes / procedures / anatomy) to interpret coding rules / regulations and incorporate them into databases.
Fluent in English and native Italian.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Strong communication skills.
Optional database computer skills or programming knowledge preferred.
Work location: Hybrid (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Milano Italy at least once per month).
Travel: May include up to 5% / international.
