The Impact You'll Make in this Role:As a Clinical Content Developer (f/m/x), you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:Localizing US Coding and Reimbursement System (DRG Finder) for Italy. Developing local validation rules and supporting the development of computer-assisted coding solutions for Italy. Working with software engineers, clinical analysts, quality engineers, and other team members to design and build required systems in international teams. Interacting with customers to identify operational issues and determine customer requirements. Your Skills and Expertise:To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Knowledge of Medical TerminologySeveral years of hospital INPATIENT coding or equivalent experienceAbility to use coding knowledge and clinical knowledge (disease processes/procedures/anatomy) to interpret coding rules/regulations and incorporate them into databasesANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Fluent in English and native ItalianAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Strong communication skillsOptional database computer skills or programming knowledge preferredWork location: Hybrid (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Milano Italy at least once per month)Travel: May include up to 5% /internationalRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e. g. , H1B status).
