Our Graduate Program offers the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the professional world and find the right role for you within our company!

You will work on technical, clinical or business projects depending on your academic background, and support our team across different product lines (TrakCare and HealthShare).

What We Offer: Practical Experience and Collaborative Environment : Work on concrete and stimulating projects that truly make a difference.

Flexibility : While you will need to be in the office 5 days per week for the first 6 months, you will enjoy greater flexibility with 2 work-from-home days per week afterwards.

Paid Internship : This is a 12-month paid internship with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Lunch vouchers and paid business travels are also included.

Requirements: Recent Graduate: You are a recent or soon-to-be graduate in Pharmacy or other related healthcare disciplines.

Clinical Skills: You have academic knowledge of hospital pharmacy and pharmaceutical regulations.

Analytical Mindset, Collaboration, and Flexibility: Ability to tackle complex clinical challenges with creativity while maintaining a collaborative attitude in a continuously evolving work environment.

Clinical and Business Curiosity: Interest in hospital pharmacy and healthcare informatics, Languages: Fluent in Italian and English What You Will Do: Diverse Projects : Support the team on various clinical projects.

Professional Development : Grow professionally through ad-hoc training activities and contribute to support our strategic decisions.
