Clinical Sales Manager South Europe
Position Summary**:
Clinical Sales Manager will develop and drive the territory sales vision and strategy for the South Clinical vertical with customers in the Microbiology Division (MBD).
They will work to growth new business opportunities and drive profitable revenue through teamwork, business-acumen and sales focus.
Geographical area of $30Mio South Clinical Sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Leads Talent:
- Identify core proficiencies of talent needed along with recruitment, deployment, and development of personnel resources to achieve plan targets.
- Consistently develop and promotes collaboration and partnership.
- Coordinate career development of the Commercial Team.
Owns the Execution of the Annual Operating Plan:
- Run the activities of the Clinical sales teams to achieve the annual operating plan; this includes setting regional goals, developing sales metrics, driving activity to meet objectives and running forecast accuracy.
- In partnership with Finance, develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions, that aligns with market penetration strategy.
- Listen customers, feedback opportunities and product development areas and work with our global partner to resolve customer queries.
- Align specific proposals and offerings to company objectives by working with Leadership, Marketing, and local Account Managers.
- Lead or implement other activities as required by the company

- Proven experience of delivering results through leading and developing managers and through building and influencing indirect reporting.
**Education, Requirements**:
- Strong communications, both written and oral, and the self-confidence to use these skills to be able to deliver the vision for the platform.
- English: Full professional proficiency in addition to a local language.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and project ownership ethic with a "can do" personality.
- Travel minimum 50% extensively including to domestic and international markets.
- Demonstrates and drives the Thermo Fisher values - Integrity, Intensity, Involvement and Innovation (The Four I's).
- Full clean driving license.
