Clinical Sales Representative, Endoscopy (Lombardia)

- We are looking for a clinical/sales profile willing to start a successful career within Boston Scientific in a sales role.
- The ideal profile has a biomedical engineer degree or similar, or nurse degree, with experience in an operating room and/or in a hospital sales role. At least upper intermediate level of English is required. **About the role**:
The Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) provides clinical support to assigned accounts, jointly with the Account Managers (AM) and directed by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM). The primary role of the CSR is to maintain market share at Boston Scientific accounts by delivering excellent product in-servicing, product evaluations, and continuous procedural education. **Your responsibilities will include**:
- _Strategic Planning: _Supported by AMs, contributes to the development of annual strategic plan by providing RSM, National Sales Manager (NSM) and Marketing with detailed business intelligence for accounts in scope (e. g. market size and potential, market / products trends, business opportunities, competitive landscape, updated clinical and economic stakeholders).
- _Account planning & customer relationships management:_ Supports AMs in understanding account's unmet needs and expectations to facilitate account strategy and plans development; establishes relationships with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, Materials Management, Hospital Administration, and Infection Control. Develops and enhances account relationship through product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, procedural observation, and problem resolution; identifies, manages and reports to AMs / RSM sales opportunity deriving from clinical support; consequently, supports AMs and RSM in clinical selling based on clinical support information provided; attends and actively participates in customer, company and industry sponsored events and meetings.
- _Tender / negotiation management: _based on clinical support, supports AMs in gathering information about next tenders and negotiation opportunities.
- _Deal design & pricing: _executes Sales Cloud tasks assigned by the AMs representing agreed strategy and tactics, attends and participates in periodic meetings to update on status.
- _Post-sale management and future growth: _develops and implements a proactive plan that involves service support, with Regional Sales Manager and team members, to increase the quality of service to customers; performs procedural training, provides clinical support and therapy development and consequently manages clinical evaluation, with AMs support, to deliver excellent product in-servicing and product evaluations and ultimately secure BSC market share.
**What we are looking for in you?
- Biomedical Engineering degree (or similar; nurse degree is accepted);
- Experience in an operating room and/or in a hospital sales role;
- Good English level;
- Availability to travel for business.
- Based in Lombardia (preferably in Milan).
