Job Description:Clinical Sales Specialists – Wound Closure – Italy As part of a team expansion project across the EU, IQVIA is recruiting for several field-based sales positions in Italy on behalf of our client - a highly respected global company renowned for its innovation and success within pharmaceutical, consumer health, and medical device sectors.

Territories available include:

Emilia Romagna (ideally based Bologna)Piemonte (ideally based Torino)Veneto (ideally based Padova)Lombardia (ideally based Milan)Toscana (ideally based Florence)In these newly created roles, you will be tasked with increasing uptake of an innovative range of sutures, focusing particularly on orthopaedic procedures including hip and knee joint replacement surgeries, helping surgeons and the wider theatre team understand the benefits of adopting this new technology versus current practices, based on their needs.

Working as part of a collaborative territory team, you will provide in-person product demonstrations and support suture trials within target hospital accounts, utilizing self-generated leads and those supplied by the company's Inside Sales function.

You will also contribute to a variety of activities to ensure hospital-wide success, including sharing customer insights, administrative tender processes, inventory management, and troubleshooting.

Requirements: Must have experience of working in the operating theatre environment in a similar product sales or clinical support role in ItalyPrior orthopaedic procedure knowledge and working relationships would be beneficialShould have a good understanding of the local healthcare marketOutstanding communication and engagement skills, with a persistent, target-focused, self-motivated approachNursing qualification, or University degree (or equivalent) in healthcare, marketing, or a related disciplineEligible to work in this country full-timeFluency in local language and English are essential (as training will be delivered in English)Full EU driving license holder with the willingness to travel within your allocated region as required.
