Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Escalating clinical questions and issues coming from our EMEA doctors

- Working proactively to address any inquiries, complaints and adverse events arising among EMEA doctors

- Providing clinical customer support in regards of treatment planning and SPARK APPROVER utilization

- Working in collaboration with Marketing/Education teams, in order to create clinical content materials, e-learnings, or training modules

- Validation alongside the Marketing/Education teams all clinical claims, case studies, publications

**Job Requirements**:

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in dentistry or orthodontics

- Fluent English and Italian language skills is mandatory

- Strong presentation skill, able to liaise with multiple KEs, doctors or business partners in the EMEA region

- Team player, able to fit and work within a multinational matrix organization

- Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
