You can join the Sales & Marketing Team as a Clinical Support Specialist - Piemonte Area providing technical support to Orthopeadic Medical Devices product sales (Joint - hip e knee) of new and established accounts.
Cooperates with sales to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration in the orthopaedic sector. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
You will deal with the following tasks:
- Sets/implants in-hospital management
- Technical Training/Workshop to clinical staff
- Drive Product adoption
- Product promotion
- Customer Intimacy
- WI/order management
- Cycle count reconciliation
- CAPEX/Inventory management
- To represent the company as a knowledgeable consultant in the selection of all our products.
- Maintain relationships with KDM's and theatre staff, to maximize our long-term business.
- Practice the skills of Defensive Driving as per Safe Fleet criteria.
- 95% or above completion of all the required HCC trainings
**Qualifications
- Preferable a degree in Nursing studies, alternatively proven in-field experience with more than 300 procedures in JR
- Deep knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures (at least 12-36 months experience in the orthopedic business)
- Fluent in Italian and English both verbal and written communication.
- Proven expertise in instrument sets and capital equipment management across orthopedics
- Expected travel time (at least 30% of the time)
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships quickly.
- Have the capacity to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders within the EP lab setting.
- You are self-disciplined, organized, and be able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives.
- You are highly motivated and have a strong desire to succeed in a demanding role.
- A team player and independent thinker.
- Ability to positively influence thinking, behavior and gain commitment.
- Driving license
