Reporting to: Head of Marketing and Sales -Relife Aesthetics CONTEXT The role of Clinical Specialist (CS) has primary responsibility for training Aesthetics physicians on the use of the Definisse portfolio, especially Threads procedures, ensuring that they learn how to apply the required insertion/injection techniques and adopt Definisse Brands into their clinical practice.

This role involves supporting doctors in delivering advanced aesthetic treatments, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction, and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the industry. The role will work closely with the product specialist to deliver the financial objectives for RELIFE.

The role will also support the local Education and Product managers in the annual training plan development and execution, scouting new trainers and treatment protocol development. He/She will represent RELIFE Italia – a member of the Menarini Group – on the assigned territory, embodying the company's values.

He/She will at all times be acting with the highest standards of integrity, in adherence to the code of conduct of RELIFE and Menarini Group and in compliance with local and international laws and regulations.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Know and comprehensively explain the injection techniques and procedures for implanting traction threads as well as fillers; Offer 1:1 in-clinic facilitation tailored to educational need and aligned to the RELIFE Academy Platform; Guide HCPs on conducting comprehensive consultations and assessments for patients seeking aesthetic treatments; Support the HCPs in developing personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals; Cover related anatomy, ageing and the implementation of injection techniques covered within the RELIFE Academy platform; Support the HCPs to perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to, suspension threads and dermal fillers injections; Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine through continuous education and training; Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe treatment environment; Identifies educational need and develops recommendations to enhance clinical practice in aesthetic practices; Facilitation is hands-off and the HCP retains clinical judgement and responsibility for patient treatment; Maintains a high level of service through reliable and timely follow-up after any interaction with HCPs and records all activity in CRM to allow for KPI monitoring; Attendance at relevant congresses and local hands-on training to engage with customers.

This activity also supports CS self-development and upskilling; Act as assistant for Trainers during company live workshops; Acquire information from the field in order to transfer it to the headquarter in order to improve the overall performance of the products; Actively collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders such as Education & Product Managers, Medical Advisor, Head of Sales & Marketing as well as KOLs and Trainers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Therapeutic area expertise preferred in aesthetic medicine; Ideally with 3-5 years working experience in the healthcare and / or pharmaceutical industry; Ability to work with different stakeholders, beyond the doctors; Medical degree (MD) or degree in Dentistry (DDS/DMD), specialization in Dermatology or Surgery advantageous or Bachelor's degree in scientific disciplines; Specialized training or certification in aesthetic medicine is desirable; Experience within a clinical specialist role within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry and ideally in aesthetics; Experienced in facilitation/training/coaching; Metrics-driven mindset with experience of tracking activity in a CRM tool; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Willingness to travel across Italy, field-based role; Ability to assimilate information quickly, present clinical data/facial anatomy clearly and concisely; Highest ethical standards; Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
