Duties and Responsibilities:

Significant relevant clinical trial experience, a healthcare/science background and a BA/BS or equivalent are required. 5+ years of hands on experience with clinical trial recruitment and enrollmentProven ability to manage multiple tasks under limited direction while generating quality deliverablesDemonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with changing deadlinesRequires low direct supervisionTeam player with excellent people skills and strong customer focusA working knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirementsDemonstrated ability to develop positive collaborative relationshipsExcellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skillsExceptional organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of FDA compliance and regulatory requirementsAbility to integrate and work in cross functional networkAbility to manage a geographically assigned territory from a home based officeWillingness to travel within the assigned region is required; overnight travel is required as neededDemonstrated project management abilityComputer skills including Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and virtual meeting platforms are expected.
