If you want to be part of a top technology brand, join us!What you'll doDesign & manage cloud-based database solutions, primarily on AWS RDS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server), with exposure to GCP, Azure, or OCI as a plusMigrate & automate databases between on-premises and cloud, enhancing replication and automating migration processesIntegrate & share data between databases and external systems for analytics and reporting, leveraging tools such as AWS DMS, Snowflake, and MatillionOptimize performance to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of cloud database solutionsSecure & comply with best practices and regulations (GDPR, ISO 27001), implementing encryption, IAM policies, and network segmentationPrepare & execute robust backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuityMonitor & troubleshoot database performance, proactively identifying and resolving issuesCollaborate & automate processes with Operations and DevOps teams to integrate best practices in deployment, CI/CD, and automationWhat you'll need5+ years of experience in database administration, focusing on cloud-based solutionsExpertise in AWS RDS (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and familiarity with DynamoDB or other cloud-native databasesData migration & replication skills, including AWS DMS, Schema Conversion Tool, and cloud-native replication solutions for seamless cross-cloud data movementPerformance optimization expertise, covering SQL tuning, indexing, and query optimizationBackup & disaster recovery experience, including replication, failover, and high-availability strategiesInfrastructure as Code (IaC) proficiency using Terraform or CloudFormation for automated database deploymentsSecurity & compliance knowledge, including IAM roles, database encryption, GDPR/ISO 27001 standardsAutomation & monitoring skills using scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and tools like CloudWatch, DynatraceWhat's nice to haveCloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Database, or Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)Experience in NoSQL, including databases like DynamoDB or MongoDBData warehousing knowledge with solutions like Snowflake, BigQuery, or RedshiftAbility to implement and optimize autonomous databases, such as Oracle Autonomous Database, by leveraging self-managing, self-securing, and self-repairing capabilities.

Familiarity with configuring scalability, security policies, workload optimization, and integration with other cloud servicesExperience with Oracle Exadata, including Smart Scan, Storage Indexes, Hybrid Columnar Compression (HCC) for performance optimization; Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and RMAN for high availability and disaster recovery; automation with Ansible, Terraform, or Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for Exadata managementKnowledge of Oracle GoldenGate for real-time replication, data integration, and cross-platform migration in hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
