You will deal with the governance and the management of cloud infrastructures and collaborate in the infrastructural definition of the provision of services. Your key responsibilities in this role will be:Engage in support and architectural advisory servicesResponsible for incident response and resolution managementResponsible for maintenance management of scoped services and systems integrationsEngage in specific security, compliance and audit enabling features and processes for scoped platformsEngage in specific capacity, cost and availability management for scoped platformsResponsible for platform operationsEngage in systems architectureResponsible for systems and reliability engineering with automation, scripting and orchestration techniquesProgram, test, debug, monitor, maintain and improve systems qualityIdentify and plan IT system resourcesIdentify potential performance problems and security issuesDefine system requirements, determination of system specifications, processes and working parametersMaintain and supervise programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and executionDocument systems configurationsParticipate in different projectsParticipate in analysis of change requestsProvide end user documentationProvide knowledge and know-how transfer within the teamEncourage teamwork inside the teamWhat makes you the best person for this job?
