Role Purpose**:

Manage the Group Networks Virtual Function infrastructure projects in accordance with the strategy and the goals of the domain.

Coordinate medium to high complex Virtual Infrastructure delivery projects on time within budget and within scope, overseeing all aspects of projects.

Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project.

Manage the relationships with the key stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and in line with the market demands.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget and manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Manage, motivate, coach and develop staff distributed across Europe

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- More than 5 years working experience in project management

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus

- Previous experience in managing Virtual Infrastructure/Datacenters projects is a plus

- Telco OSS/BSS Technical background or relevant experience on the sector
