Team success : Manage a high-performing team of 8 sales reps, guiding them with clear objectives, regular coaching, and the support they need to exceed targets.

Build lasting relationships : Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level customers and partners, establishing Oracle as a trusted advisor in the cloud space.
