The Accenture Cloud First Solution Architecture organisation is responsible for designing solution's of Accenture's large managed service contracts as part of the sales process and for coordinating the solutioning process across Europe!
Accenture Solution Architects translate client requirements into solutions that will add new value for Accenture and our clients.
They are master craftsmen using all tools in the arsenal, Solution Planners use their robust delivery skills, deep understanding of the competitive landscape and unparalleled knowledge of Accenture offerings to create win/win solutions for our clients and Accenture.
Sales understanding empowers our clients with creative solutions and advocate Accenture offerings within the market and our business.
**Role Description**:Solution Architects work closely with Opportunity Leads, who own the overall client relationship, with bid management as well as with legal and commercial topics.
Therefore, this role requires a good mix of deal shaping & content expertise.
Solution Architect**s** need to be generalist**s**.
They need to strive to get agreement on the solution with the client buying team, Accenture's delivery organization, Accenture senior business unit management, and the commercial team headed by the opportunity lead!
**Responsibilities**:
- Be responsible for the solution for all service components
- Architect a compelling and driven solution with a focus on the public cloud which demonstrates significant and quantifiable value to the client
- Leverage Accenture assets and third-party relationships in architecting solutions
- Work alongside Sales Support to lead the senior client buyers and solution owners (e. g.
CFO, CIO, VP or Director) and selling the solution
- On each opportunity or proposal they work on, lead a team of 5-10 solution architects, specialists, and delivery team members.
- Solution TCV between 15-25 Mio.
USD
- Frequently assume responsibility for the End-to-end Solution across the different capabilities/towers
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor
- or Master-level (preferred) University degree
- Experience in architecting transformation and/or operations solutions in at least one of the "Pillars", with a consistent record in defining and selling cloud-centric migration, implementation and transformation solutions for leading global enterprises with a deal values of over 5 million EUR
- Experience in cloud products and offerings including, especially from AWS, Azure or Google, ideally with one or more formal certifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in the local language
- Excellent client/customer relationship management skills at the executive and VP level, ideally with demonstrable experience working at the C-level and client/customer service management skills
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a Technology Environment with a solid focus on Infrastructure, Systems Integration and/or Application Outsourcing Services
