Your key accountabilities include:

Cost Management: Review cloud costs, identify trends, support annual planning, and implement cost-saving measures. Integration and Collaboration: Develop integration roadmap, monitor metrics, address issues, and collaborate with the product team. Security and Compliance: Conduct security audits, resolve issues, and ensure regulatory compliance. Disaster Recovery and Testing: Support disaster recovery testing, maintain test cases, and review automated test outputs. Cloud Solution Design and Deployment: Design and deploy cloud solutions aligned with organizational goals. Cloud Strategy and Lifecycle Management: Develop cloud strategies, manage product lifecycle, and analyze market trends. What are we looking for from you?

Strong leadership and team-building skills. Proven track record in customer relationship management. Expert working knowledge and experience of ITIL processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly customer-oriented with a commercial awareness. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Qualifications:
