Role purpose**:

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assure fast customer management on cloud, networking and security issues.

Be able to manage and demonstrate leadership on customer dedicated projects design and implementation (i. e.

infrastructure Cloud migration)

Collaborate with Vendors and Vodafone Operations teams for problem management on cloud, networking and security issues.

Collaborate with other teams on proactive monitoring solutions enablers to increase customer satisfaction.

Continuous update on new Cloud platforms/solutions/vendors.

**Key performance indicators**:

He/she will be responsible on SLA respect for customer issues/changes on cloud matte

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

Specific competence in Campus LAN implementation/monitoring and at least 5 years expertise in LAN Infrastructure.

Specific competence in Cloud implementation/monitoring and at least 5 years expertise in Cloud Infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of Cloud Virtualization hypervisor Type 1 and 2 and major vendor solutions.

Strong Knowledge of Container and Docker.

Strong Knowledge of SDn solutions.

Strong Knowledge of physical rack implementations and Data Center LAN management.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

Proven experience in Virtualization Platform configurations and operations (i. e.

VMs migrations, snapshots etc)

Proven experience in IaaS, SaaS and PaaS solutions

Proven experience on Container Docker and Orchestrator.

Knowledge of LAN implementation and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of SDn implementation and monitoring.

Specific set of soft skills in the Customer approach

Academic Background: Engineering Degree
