For our client, a multinational  company specialized in building ERP Platforms and currently going towards a beautiful tech migration process, we are looking for the: Cloud Technical Leader Responsibilities

The candidate will drive and oversee the migration of the existing IBMi (AS/400) platform to a modern cloud-based infrastructure.

This role requires deep expertise on IBM platform, migration strategies, and legacy system modernization. Key Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end migration process from IBMi (AS/400) to a cloud environment.

Design and implement cloud architecture solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.

Define and execute migration strategies, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the migration process.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with migration and integration.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development and infrastructure teams.

Continuously optimize cloud performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and best practices.

Your Profile Required Qualification s:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in IBMi (AS/400) system migration.

Experience with modernization of legacy applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skill.
