**Job Overview

**Our Cluster Accounting and Administrative team is in Milan and manages our Operating Italian Properties

**Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate coding, documentation, and timely payments in compliance with company policies and procedures for our Italian Hotels

- Managing different information's systems

- Maintaining spreadsheets and database

- Cost control and Purchase orders validation

- Organizing payment to suppliers

- Making bank reconciliation

- Making accounting reconciliation and monthly closing

- Collaborate with various departments, vendors, and suppliers to resolve any payment-related inquiries or issues

- Supervising the inventories of all our properties

- Maintaining accurate and organizing records of all Accounts Payable transactions, ensuring proper documentation for audits and financial reporting

- Ensure compliance with Italian tax regulations and reporting requirements.

- Assist in the month-end closing process by providing necessary reports and reconciliations related to Accounts Payable, accruals management, Asset Management and Depreciation

- Participate in internal and external audits, providing required documentation and explanations.

- Trips to our properties will be requested (20% travel time)

- Office based in Milan

**Core Competencies**:

- Fluent in English & Italian is a must

- 2+ years of hospitality experience is a plus

- Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist in the hospitality industry is strongly preferred

- Flexible schedule - long hours during Closing and Budget period

- Ability to make thoughtful decisions and give constructive criticism

- Maximizes efforts towards productivity, identifies problem areas, and assists in implementing solutions

- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, whilst remaining genuine
