- elaborazione rapido e accurato delle prenotazioni individuali;

- essere il primo contatto per i nostri ospiti, creando un'esperienza unica attraverso una conversazione amichevole orientata al cliente;

- offrire ai nostri ospiti servizi aggiuntivi forniti dagli Hotels;

- controllo accurato caparre e cancellazioni;

- gestire i reclami assistendo i nostri ospiti nella ricerca della soluzione ottimale;

- lavorare in stretta collaborazione con i reparti Revenue, Sales, Gruppi.

**Cosa stiamo cercando?

- Precedente esperienza di 2 anni in analoga mansione in Hotel 5*/4*Superior

- Eccellente conoscenza della lingua Inglese e una seconda lingua (preferibilmente Spagnolo o Francese)

- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e forte orientamento al cliente

- Disponibile a lavorare anche nei fine settimana e nei giorni festivi

- Buona padronanza gestionale Opera e sistemi operativi Office

- Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza delle nozioni base di Yield Management
