As a Cluster Director of Hotel Operations, you will be responsible for: Leading and managing daily hotel operations Managing seasonal and strategic planning, hotel budgeting, and forecasting Implementing and complying with all company policies and standards Coordinating capital and property improvement plans Responding to guests inquiries and concerns Overseeing service quality, guest satisfaction, and brand standards compliance Driving and guiding financial performance based on established objectives Identifying operational performance and efficiency opportunities Monitoring and developing team member performance What will it be like to work with a Hilton Brand?
