accounts payable of 1 hotel and in charge also to support the related tasks for 2 additional hotels

- treasury, cash flow (cash management)

- represents the on-site administrative source (for AP) to provide daily support for operations and grant compliance with local gaap and Hyatt standards

- Prepare and review all journal vouchers, month-end reports and reconciliations

- Review preliminary financial statements with DoF- Participate in monthly financial reviews

- Assist DoF with supervising Accounting staff and the Information Technology functions of the hotel including coaching and counseling associates to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures, interviewing, training and evaluating performance of staff.

Manage and help oversee hotel on-site accounting functions toensure proper fiscal management, timely and accurate reporting and analysis for the hotel.

Assist with managing and ensuring compliance as per local and gaap and Hyatt standards

- Assist DoF with completing the year-end audit process.

Review and approve all reconciliations and audit work papers.

Participate in and respond to auditor requests to ensure total hotel compliance.

Help prepare all monthly and annual financial statements.

Investigate, review and analyze the variance explanations, involving the department staff in this process.

Take initiative to manage analysis for respective cost controls and revenue enhancement

- Assist DoF with special reporting and analysis projects

- The responsibility also includes hotels financial planning, budgeting.

QualificationsQualifications - Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce or Hospitality/Tourism management.

Minimum 4 years work experience as Senior Accountant in larger operation.

Hoteliers is preferred.

Italian and English knowledge are mandatory.

Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
